Specifications include, but are not limited to: Assist in the stewardship and maintenance of designated areas of Gator Creek Reserve not currently being utilized for recreational purposes and provide revenue for the maintenance and management of park properties.; • The Lessee shall mow to control the presence of exotic and invasive plants as outlined in the grazing and pasture management plan, which will consist of a minimum mowing annually.; • The Lessee shall spot spray invasive exotic weeds mainly consisting of tropical soda apple (Solanum viarum) with herbicides provided by Lessee following the approved labels and will follow the work schedule outlined in the management plan for same. The other three minor problem exotic plants are old world climbing fern (Lygodium microphyllum), Japanese climbing fern (Lygodium japonicum) and Coqograss (Imperata cylindrical).
