1. Perform grounds maintenance at the listed sites during the term of the contract. Maintenance shall include a minimum of mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and application of herbicides and fertilization as specified herein. The grounds maintenance shall be completed within two (2) consecutive business days. 2. Inspect and treat the listed sites on a weekly basis. The total man-hours required per week to treat the sites are listed herein. The successful quoter is responsible for mowing, trimming of grass, raking, blowing entire site, picking up any debris and edging all hard surfaces in two (2) consecutive business days for listed sites. It is strongly recommended that the successful quoter provide a minimum crew of 8 – 10 men per week to accomplish and complete the required grounds maintenance requirements. Any other remaining items of the specifications can be divided over the remaining work timeframe to accomplish the required work and hours. 3. Provide weekly work log to the designated County representative to document time. The weekly log shall include but not be limited to, the locations and amount of hours actually worked to complete all services.
