Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Developing creative graphic concepts and brand identities for various programs across multiple City departments. 2. Create unique fliers, posters, direct mail pieces, banners, brochures, templates, t-shirts, postcards, advertisements, signage, video slates, interactive PDFs (with hyperlinks), logos and website/social media graphics either as stand-alone pieces or as templates. 3. Modifying/redesigning previously created collateral pieces and photo retouching. 4. Making creative and useful recommendations for improvement. 5. Refresh brand standards, logos and style sheets associated with the City as needed. 6. Work closely with City and CRA to support staff in the marketing and communication of official documents, events, projects and press releases. 7. Gather materials, including art, photographs and graphics to appropriately represent the client’s (City or CRA), reputation and brand. 8. Development of content for the websites, official documents, brochures, flyers, print, digital and promotional materials, and photography services possibly requested to aid in content development. 9. Attending and participating in meetings as required with Project Manager to provide pates and receive feedback. 10. Promotion of City or CRA programs, projects, and events through partners, supporters, the community and neighborhood outlets. 11. All created materials must adhere to the City’s branding guidelines. 12. All materials developed for the Client including photography, art, advertising, design, and copy shall be considered the exclusive property of the Client. 13. The proposer will provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to perform the services. 14. Additional marketing services to be provided based on upcoming events.
