In particular, the scope of professional services may include: surveys, mapping, land use and planning, engineering services, review of applications for zoning, special exceptions, variances, future land use and all related planning applications and other general planning services as required. Surveying services providing boundary, topographic, mapping, platting, legal description and other related surveying services as required. Site plan review services providing detailed of proposed development plans to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, design standards, and community objectives. Engineering services to provide site development plans, general engineering consultation and technical review services as needed, and providing other professional services in accordance with the future planning requirements of the County, on a case by case basis, as authorized by the County. The selected individual or firm should be able to demonstrate ten (10) years of experience in Florida in providing the above services as well as the ability to prepare summary reports and present them at public meetings.
