Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Hillsboro Beach is issuing this Request for Proposal for consulting and planning firms, having a favorable local and/or national reputation to provide General Consulting and Planning Services to the Town for assignments logically tied to the development, operation, and maintenance of the Town of Hillsboro Beach. The Town is seeking the services of qualified and experienced Proposers to provide services as follows: - Review of all plans for new construction and/or remodeling projects to insure compliance with the Towns Comprehensive Land Use Plan the Towns Land Development Code, the Towns Code of Ordinances, the Florida Building Code, the Florida Statutes and - Make written recommendations to the Town Commission for all applications files in accordance with the Towns Code of Ordinances including but not limited to site plans, variances, rezoning, land use plan amendments, special exceptions and - Attend Town Commission meetings and present the Towns position on all quasi-judicial proceedings and - Be available to Town Commissioners and Town staff for consultations and - Be available to all applicants to provide direction and comments to all applications filed with the Town and - Prepare Comprehensive Plan Amendments when necessary.
