Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Vendor must provide the necessary quantity of snow/ice to cover, from top to bottom and side to side, eight sledding lanes with dimensions of fifty foot length x seven foot width for each lane. 2. Depth of the snow must be no less than one (1) foot throughout the length and width of each snow lane. 3. Vendor shall NOT use blocks of ice. 4. Snow lanes must be covered with snow/ice, as per specifications, and all work shall be completed no later than 1:30 pm. NOTE: Late completion will result in a penalty fee (each fifteen minute period) that exceeds the required 1:30 pm completion time. 5. Once vendor trucks/equipment are emptied they shall be relocated to an offsite parking lot.
