Provide comprehensive design, permitting, and construction-phase engineering and inspection (CEI) services for the Parks and Recreation Revitalization Project. This project, funded in part through Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds, aims to restore, improve, and modernize public recreation facilities that were severely impacted by Hurricane Ian. The firm selected will provide professional services for the Redevelopment of the Newton Park Beach Facility. The successful firm must have experience in post-disaster infrastructure restoration, flood mitigation planning, resilient and sustainable design, and compliance with federal procurement and CDBG-DR regulations.
