Specifications include, but are not limited to: Forestry Business Improvement Initiative. ODF intends to select a contractor to research and document selected ODF workflow processes, in order to provide the Agency with the foundation required for the larger FBII effort, as further described in this document. The vision for the work includes: 1) Discovering and documenting the business processes of the Agency; (2) Dividing high level business processes into manageable grouping or increments; 3) measuring their value in assisting the Agency to meet its goals and objectives, including analysis of current gaps or weaknesses compared to best practices; and 4) measuring the potential business value that can be achieved by improving the business processes.
