Floor Coverings: • Provide high-quality floor coverings as specified. • Floor covering materials must meet or exceed industry standards for durability, performance, and safety in commercial settings. • The floor types include, but are not limited to: A. Carpet B. Vinyl C. Rubber Textured Stair Tread c.) Quality Control: • Ensure all floor covering installations are completed cleanly, efficiently, and professionally with no defects in workmanship. • Provide a warranty covering both materials and installation. • Conduct a final inspection with District representatives upon project completion to ensure all work meets quality standards. • The awarded Contractor will collaborate closely with designated District personnel throughout each project.
