Due to extensive damage from Hurricane Milton, this project includes the demolition and reconstruction of the fishing pier and associated facilities at the Dunedin Marina, located at 51 Main Street. Work will involve removing the existing pier, floating docks, gangways, rescue dock, boat lift, and related timber pilings. New construction will include a fishing pier, gangway, and floating dock system, rescue dock, and timber fender piles. Demolition of existing upland sidewalks and asphalt will also be performed as required to complete the seawall repairs. Upland site restoration will include new concrete sidewalks, curbing, landscape planters, and pavement. A new boat lift system provided by the Owner, along with a new electrical panel and lighting, will be installed to complete the site improvements.
