Specifications include, but are not limited to: Seminole County Facilities Development Division is seeking a qualified Concrete contractor to replace failed sections of concrete driveways, curbing’s and retaining walls at two separate fire stations located at 5280 Red Bug Lake Rd, Winter Springs, FL 32708 and FS-35 located at 201 W County Home Rd. Sanford, FL 32773. Seminole County seeks a qualified Concrete contractor to replace failed sections of concrete driveways, curbing’s and retaining walls at two separate fire stations. FS-27 located at 5280 Red Bug Lake Rd, Winter Springs, FL 32708 and FS-35 located at 201 W County Home Rd. Sanford, FL 32773. The work described herein shall include, but not be limited to labor, materials, equipment and other facilities and services necessary for proper execution and completion of the work. All work must be completed in accordance with the design plans provided in the solicitation documents. Contractor must refer to individual design plans for each location as they differ in size, shape, requirements, and complexity. Contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits through the appropriate office holding jurisdiction for required approval and inspection processes as well as all associated costs related to obtaining said permits. Contractor is responsible for Maintenance Of Traffic “MOT” as required for each location.
