Use tile trim on all exposed tile edges. • Install new, small format tile or mosaic style tile in the shower pan and restroom floor. Use tile trim on all exposed tile edges. • Relocate/add ceiling light fixtures and switches. • In the existing restroom area, redesign the existing ceiling grid tiles in order to relocate HVAC grills/registers to provide adequate airflow to the restroom. • In the new shower addition, replace all grid style roof tiles with a green board moisture resistant drywall. Finish and paint to match existing wall/roof colors. • All work completed on this project must pass final building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical inspections.
