To renovate existing Single Family Dwelling (SFD) to be converted to a temporary Fire Station per the project requirements provided below: a. Perform interior and exterior improvements for a single family dwelling (SFD) to be converted into a temporary Fire Station, including: selective demolition, ADAcompliant restroom upgrades with waterproofing and tile, new and revised partitions, drywall, ceilings, doors/frames/hardware, casework, paint, flooring, signage, finishes, new MEP rough-in and trim, lighting and controls, plumbing fixtures, HVAC startup/TAB, re-roof, fire alarm/life-safety device with testing, card access, locution annunciation system, a covered parking structure, fencing, new driveways and landscaping as shown on the permit set of plans see Exhibits “1-6”.
