To remodel the Finance Department to incorporate (6) additional individual offices within the Finance Department on the North and south facing walls within the department. Each office should be: • Remove existing temporary offices • sound dampening and include windows on the top portion of the side walls (east and west walls) to allow for natural light filtration. • Each should have a solid fire rated door that is lockable. • Carpet should be replaced with same carpet in areas where it is needed. • Relocate or add additional Sprinkler heads to meet code issues. • Relocate door into the file room from North Side of wall to South side (to become Conference Room). • Update/move lighting as needed to ensure all offices have overhead lighting. Contractor shall furnish all materials and equipment necessary to secure completion of the work. Contractor will be compensated according to the quote submitted. Contractor shall include all costs, including but not limited to construction stakeout, mobilization, maintenance of traffic, erosion control, utility relocations, record survey, etc.
