Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a three (3) year noncompetitive procurement to Fiero Learning Inc in the amount of $95,416.00. Fiero Learning Inc provides a unique, award-winning online coding education platform tailored for libraries, and schools, ensuring continuity for the 700+ students who participated in 2023, and accommodating the anticipated increase in participation as programing expands in 2024. This procurement is being made in accordance with Section 3-208(31) of the County’s Procurement Policy as this is a purchase of an electronic resource for the library directly from the publisher. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting award accordingly.
