Thus, as employer of the developers of the software product, this supplier is the single and best source of deep functional and technical knowledge of the software’s capabilities. Oracle Advanced Customer Services (ACS), as a division of Oracle America, Inc. is the most prudent source for these services as they can bring to bear all the resources of the Oracle organization in meeting the City’s needs.; The City requires managed services for analysis of the existing legacy Oracle Human Resource Management System EBusiness Suite (HRMS/EBS) form Oracle Advanced Customer Services (ACS), a division of Oracle America in the amount of $56,250. The analysis is required in preparation for implementation of the City’s Oracle 1Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System HR and Payroll, to ensure that the HR and Payroll functionality in the legacy system will be reproduced in 1Cloud.
