This Campus will represent the center of the Fort Myers Police Department and a benefit for the deployment of operational equipment and or resources and encompass: • Approximately 8.5 acres of site development and supporting infrastructure. • Approximately 3-story 152,000 SF Administrative, Forensic Evidence & Criminal Investigation buildings to be the new City of Fort Myers Police Department Headquarters: o General office area for various divisions, o conference spaces, o bathroom and kitchen facilities, o storage and warehouse spaces, o K-9 facilities including kenneling, washing facilities, and training areas, o evidence processing facilities including secure evidence storage areas, o event center, o gym facility with associated locker rooms, o public lobby areas, and secure holding areas. • Approximately 18,000 SF Indoor Firing Range facility. • Approximately 8,700 SF pre-engineered metal structure to house the Police Department’s Rolling Assets Storage. • A fueling area and tank farm.
