This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) ONLY. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement to obtain STATE OF FLORIDA – REAL PROPERTY RECORDS SEARCH and is conducting market research to determine the availability of capable vendors that can perform these services.
Interested vendors are requested to respond no later than 1:00PM (Eastern Standard Time), Tuesday, August 26, 2025 to Tracie Griner, Tracie.D.Griner2@irs.gov. No phone calls will be accepted. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in responses.
The NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 519290 Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services.
The Government will use respondent information, in part, to determine whether a small business set-aside is appropriate for this acquisition. We encourage all small business concerns in all socioeconomic categories to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement outlined below.
DESCRIPTION:
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement to acquire online access to automated geographically based title searches, deed and encumbrance information for properties located in Florida.
Access to current and accurate Florida deed and encumbrance information. The vendor shall provide current and accurate information needed to meet the Agency’s requirements.
The contractor shall:
- Provide real property records for Counties located in Florida via legal description or name search.
- Provide the minimum 20-year encumbrance search finds judgements, tax liens, divorce and probate records.
- Provide document images that shall be available for review or printing.
- Provide on on-going protected access to Host On Demand (HOD) /Secure Socket Layer (SSL) accounts for up to 20 IRS users per month.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:
Base Period: October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026
Option Period 1: October 01, 2026 - September 30, 2027
Option Period 2: October 01, 2027 - September 30, 2028
Option Period 3: October 01, 2028 - September 30, 2029
Option Period 4: October 01, 2029 - September 30, 2030
