Successful Bidder (hereinafter in this Scope referred to as “Contractor”) shall furnish all equipment, labor, materials, supplies, licensing, transportation, and other components necessary to provide annual inspections, preventative maintenance, and repair services for fire sprinkler systems and fire hydrants that will meet the requirements of the Agreement. Written approval from a designated County Contract Manager (CCM) is required prior to the use of specialty or rental equipment. All rental equipment to perform the service shall be at the Contractor’s cost, no markup will be allowed. The County reserves the right to establish multiple Agreements. An Agreement does not guarantee any quantity of service. The County reserves the right to add or remove services and locations on all Agreements.
