Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide services for migrating traffic controllers for all agencies within Manatee and Sarasota Counties. Install the default ATMS.now software, system files, configurations, services, and licenses. Create the ATMS.now database within SQL Server and create all relevant SQL database tables necessary to operate the system. Install SynchroGreen software and enable the module within the ATMS.now configuration and database. Provide the ATMS.now Base System Maintenance Agreement, renewed annually, in three-year terms, based upon 1,000 intersections. The three-year terms must be separate line items. Provide the SynchroGreen Annual Maintenance Agreement, renewed annually, in threeyear terms, based upon 40 intersections. The three-year terms must be separate line items. Provide and coordinate personnel to work with Manatee County to log in to the current ATMS.now server. Backup the current Manatee County and Sarasota County configuration and controller database files and then move the files onto the new FDOT ATMS.now server and install to the appropriate locations. Ensure jurisdictional settings are configured for all agencies in Manatee and Sarasota Counties, and the City of Winter Haven (FDOT shall add all Intersection Definitions for the City of Winter Haven). Perform a functional test and provide the test to FDOT, including tests to ensure basic system operation, user logins, and intersection definition information are properly migrated. Include a test to ensure Manatee County’s SynchroGreen system remains operational. Include a test for generating reports for dates prior to this project after the cutover. Configure new user login credentials for the City of Winter Haven. Provide up to 8 hours during the cutover process for support and addressing issues. Initiate the beginning date of the first year of support after the migration has been fully accepted by the Department. Provide invoices for the next two years, one-month prior to the anniversary of the final date of completion.
