The City of Dubuque is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to facilitate group discussions of the Safe Community Task Force The City of Dubuque is seeking a skilled facilitator to organize a dialogue amongst twenty-five diverse community members around the issue of maintaining a safe community. The consultant will be responsible for facilitating a series ten to twelve meetings over the next six months. Each meeting will be approximately two hours in duration, with the first meeting ideally to be held on November 12, 2009. The end result of these meetings should be a set of consensus based recommendations to the City Council, along with participants commitments to assist in implementing those recommendations
