Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Winter Park, Florida invites Independent Certified Public Accountants to submit proposals for annual financial and compliance auditing services for the City of Winter Park and for the Winter Park Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022, and for each of the two (2) subsequent fiscal years. These audits are to be performed in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America; the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States; the audit requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements of Federal Awards (“Uniform Guidance”); and Chapter 10.550, Rules of the Auditor General.
