The Arizona Office of Tourism (AOT) is seeking a contractor to design, fabricate, install and dismantle an exhibition booth that will be used at the U.S. Travel Association’s IPW. IPW will take place at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL May 17-21, 2026. The booth’s primary objective is to serve as a high-impact, professional, and efficient space for AOT and its partners to conduct B2B meetings and promote Arizona as a premier global travel destination. Consultation and Project Management Requirements The awarded vendor shall provide consultation services for the booth design. All design renderings must be submitted to and pre-approved by AOT before production. The awarded vendor shall manage the coordination of all booth design and construction elements including but not limited to: structure, lighting, carpet, furniture, décor, floral, signage, artwork. The awarded vendor shall ensure accurate documentation is maintained for all costs related to the event, including the on-site exhibition and facilities company. Design Requirements The total footprint of the exhibition space is two, 300 square feet areas. The booths must fit within a rectangular space that is no more than 10 ft. by 30 ft. Based on the event layout, AOT requires two booths that will face each other across an aisle.
