The purpose of Project is to transport, deliver, and plant a minimum 10-foot wide dune with native vegetation along Estero Island. The Work to be performed under the Contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, fuel, power and water, providing environmental protection, and performing all operations in connection with the Estero Island Dune Planting Project. This Work must be completed according to the Contract documents within the time specified in the Contract and within compliance with the conditions of the Federal, State, and local permits. The Contractor is solely responsible for all construction means, methods, techniques, procedures, lay out, and the sequence of the Work except as set forth in section “Order of Work”. All work performed shall follow all Federal, State, Local, OSHA and department mandated regulations and specifications for associated work.
