The vendor shall provide supplies to the Escambia County Departments, meeting the following specifications and standards: Product Categories: Supplies may include, but are not limited to: Office supplies-Includes general administrative and clerical materials used in the daily operations of County departments. Examples include, but are not limited to, paper products, pens, pencils, binders, folders, file organizers, notepads, staplers, toner, and other consumable office items. Cleaning supplies-Refers to materials and products used for janitorial, sanitation, and facility maintenance purposes. This includes disinfectants, detergents, mops, brooms, buckets, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, cleaning cloths, and other related items necessary for maintaining clean and sanitary County facilities. Safety and personal protective equipment-Encompasses all equipment and supplies designed to ensure the health and safety of County employees in the performance of their duties. Examples include gloves, masks, face shields, safety goggles, protective clothing, ear protection, hard hats, safety vests, respirators, and similar protective items compliant with applicable safety standards. Inmate clothing, uniforms-Covers all apparel, footwear, and accessories issued to inmates or correctional personnel within County correctional facilities.
