Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Jacksonville (the "City") is accepting proposals for consulting services to aidthe City in the definition, development and implementation guidance of an EnterpriseResource Management (ERP) solution to meet the City's financial management andprocurement needs. This RFP is not for system integration services. There will besubsequent RFPs for ERP software and system integration services. The City seeks aProposer with extensive ERP consulting experience and skills, with a particularemphasis on ERP as it relates to public sector implementations. This "experience" ispreferred to be for a City, local government or State with an annual budget of at least$1B and the ERP project must have involved multiple functional areas.
