Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to retain an independent consulting firm or organization to assist the City in identifying and implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning solution (ERP) providing for a modern, core financial system. The ERP system to be identified and implemented may include software and hardware, onsite or offsite storage, licensing, training, and on-going maintenance and support. The proposer will create the detailed functional specifications needed to complete and issue a widely circulated ERP Request for Proposal (RFP), assist and guide the City through the proposal evaluation process, and assist the city in negotiating the final form of the contract(s) for the ERP solution, and provide transition assistance to the new system.
