Specifications include, but are not limited to: Broward Health Human Resources department is looking for a partner to provide an electronic/online Employee Reward and Recognition portal/program. Broward Health is currently undergoing an ERP implementation with Infor Cloud Suite. The selected vendor will be able to enhance our current programs by consolidating into a single platform and integrating with our new ERP system, while providing the following services: Products: • Vendor must be able to provide Broward Health high quality “reward products” which would be available online via an employee reward and recognition portal. • Vendor should also have the ability for employees to redeem rewards over the phone. • Consideration will be given to quality, variety, craftsmanship, usefulness, and appearance of reward items based on level of award and available choices to select from. • All reward products must have a guarantee of at least 90 days or the manufacturer guarantee, whichever is longer. • Broward Health may request to see actual samples of these reward products for inspection and approval. The selected partner must be able to produce Broward Health’s logoed items and make available for employees to select from via the online portal along with other non logoed items. • Vendor must be able to provide Broward Health multiple options for employee recognition motive (e.g., special events, employee life events, department specific awards). Vendor will have the option to initiate these events or awards based on organizational need. • Vendor must be able to ship the reward product selected by the employee to their home address. Address would be a required entry upon the employee selecting the reward product. • The reward products should be of incremental value based on number of recognitions the individual has received. • Active employees must have the ability to rollover all earned rewards to redeem later. • Vendor must have the ability to send email notification to reward recipients. • Vendor must track history of recognitions/rewards for each employee. • Vendor must track available employee spend, once employee signs into portal.
