The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified Employee Assistance EAP) providers to deliver professional, confidential EAP services to approximately 600 , including law enforcement officers, firefighters, professional, and blue-collar personnel, and their eligible dependents. The mission is to promote a healthy and safe work environment by providing resources to address issues impacting job performance or work behavior, enhancing emotional health and wellness. The goal of the contract is to promote mental, emotional, and overall well-being through comprehensive counseling, crisis intervention, educational programs, and referral services, with a seamless transition of care to the City’s medical plan provider for treatment required beyond the EAP plan.
