Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this bid is to establish a push-button contract, by means of sealed bids, with qualified firm(s) for the purchase of emergency board-up and securing services for the City’s Building Department and Code Compliance Department, or any other City department that may require the services. The City intends to pre-qualify multiple contractors to be eligible for future work. The work and services to be provided in this bid shall include the furnishing of all materials, labor, supervision, means of transportation, permits, licenses, equipment and incidentals necessary for the emergency board-up and in the securing of buildings and structures citywide on an as-needed basis.
