Specifications include, but are not limited to: Port Tampa Bay (PTB) is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors interested in providing maintenance and repair services for elevators / escalators at the following PTB locations: a. Port Administration Building b. Cruise Terminal #2 c. Cruise Terminal #3 d. Cruise Terminal #6 e. Security Operations Center The Parking Garage location may be added at later date and will be priced as an “alternate” for the purpose of this Procurement. It is the intention of PTB to purchase services as specified herein from a contractor who will give prompt and professional service to achieve optimum performance of the equipment covered by this contract. Any failure of the contractor to comply with these conditions may be cause for imposing a penalty or terminating the contract. The successful contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, inspection and complete mechanical maintenance service, preventive maintenance, emergency services and replacement of worn or defective parts and devices for elevators and escalators located at various locations throughout PTB as specified and as required during the duration of the contract. The purpose of this contract is to put into operation a continuing system of preventive maintenance to provide necessary, systematic, periodic service and maintenance for the elevator(s) and escalator(s) listed in the proposal.
