The Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe (hereinafter “ELCMDM”) is requesting the following services: Electronic scanning of all Human Resources files for cloud access from offsite storage. Remote storage wanted for all HR Files (both active and non‐active) stored in a cloud based compliant and secure software system with (4) named users. This system is housed to comply with physical and logical security standards: SOC2, PCI/DSS, HYPPAA and VISA compliant. The system should meet a disaster recovery requirement. - Provide external (ELCMDM employee) user document upload process. ‐ All documents should be converted to searchable PDF's format. ‐ Training for system users. ‐ Design the document vault structure based on needs expressed by ELCMDM ‐ Document list will be preloaded into database. ‐ Expedite folders will be processed as needed and made available in the database as per request. - Any other services/products provided by the vendor related to the scope of work.
