The contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment to complete the following work on: Existing buildings: General maintenance and repair of existing domestic and commercial wiring Work may involve locating faulty wiring, repair and troubleshoot systems Provide and install conduit, wiring, junction boxes, fixtures and electrical equipment to repair or replace existing installations Work may involve replacement of electrical equipment, conduits and other equipment that has been vandalized or otherwise in need of repair. New work or rehabilitation: Provide and install conduit, wiring, electrical fixtures and electrical equipment to repair or replace existing installations or for electrical installations required of new constructions. Emergency work shall be ordered verbally and confirmed by a purchase order. The successful bidder shall have electricians available on-call 24 hours a day. The response time for emergency services, reported by the City, will be within two (2) hours. All others shall be within four (4) hours, unless otherwise agreed to between the City and the contractor.
