Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a sole source procurement of design and creation of unique educational and engaging exhibits to showcase Hillsborough County’s cultural and historical connection to military conflicts to Hepner Architects, Incorporated. This is a one-time purchase of the design and creation of the displays at an estimated cost of $749,000 to Creative Arts Unlimited, Inc and $37,450 to Hepner Architects, Incorporated, for project oversight utilizing an existing CCNA contract (23513,1) providing miscellaneous professional architectural/engineering services. The ceiling and floor displays will contain both print and digital content, as well as interactive audio and video features. The displays will contain LED screens with animated content and sound, interactive computer elements, and physical artifacts done in an artful and creative manner.
