Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Work under this contract generally consists of the construction of new potable water interconnects located within Polk County. This Work shall include, but not be limited to: a. Potable Water Interconnects between the City of Winter Haven and the City of Eagle Lake. 2. Provide supervision; furnish materials, labor, fuel, tools, customer notification, and equipment; and perform all operations and other means of construction necessary and proper to install all the new potable water interconnects detailed in the design plans. 3. Clean up the Work Site and maintain it during and after construction, until accepted, and do all Work and pay all costs incidental thereto. Restore or repair all property and structures, including other utilities and irrigation systems, damaged or disturbed during the performance of the Work. 4. Perform all Work in the manner necessary to hold customer inconvenience to a minimum. Generally, the following practices shall apply: a. Bulk materials shall be stored at a location determined by the Contractor and approved by the Owner. b. Eliminate noise to as great an extent as practicable at all times c. Keep the Work Site and the adjacent premises as free from material, debris, and rubbish as is practicable. The Work Site shall be cleaned at the end of each workday.
