The City of Hallandale Beach is seeking bids from all interested and qualified Firms (“Proposer”) who can provide Construction Services for use by the City of Hallandale Beach Public Works Department. The project includes construction of a new 5,000 SF EV Bus charging and maintenance facility, including but not limited to a new building structure including a new two bay garage for bus repairs and maintenance, offices, lobby, restrooms and supporting spaces and site work including infrastructure for charging units, solar canopies, bus washing area, drainage, parking, landscaping, and related work. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE FOR THIS PROJECT, AS THIS PROJECT INCLUDES PARTIAL GRANT FUNDING FROM THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION. CONSTRUCTION MUST BE COMPLETED BY APRIL 2026 DUE TO THE EXPIRATION OF THE GRANT FUNDS.
