Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Specifications include, but are not limited to: ArcGIS mapping software to assist in the deployment and updating of Broadband location specific fabric. The Office of Broadband requires a mapping license and tools to track the significant number of new broadband infrastructure projects to take place over the next 5-6 years with funding from Federal Grant Programs associated with the American Rescue Plan Act and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. An initial base map identifying current broadband access, and more importantly the lack of broadband access, will be updated as projects are approved and completed to ensure there are no duplicate areas of coverage while verifying new areas proposed are not already covered by an internet service provider. This will allow the Florida Broadband Office to have the most current up-to-date broadband deployment map possible.
