The City of Panama City Beach, Florida (City) seeks proposals for an ERP software solution encompassing municipal finance, human resources, payroll and utility billing systems. Additionally, the City requires professional services for configuration, installation, legacy data migration, and implementation of the new software. A project team should be skilled in assisting organizations in change management and business process improvement, as well as being able to provide comprehensive user training for a proposed system. Systems for licensing, permitting and code enforcement are not part of the initial phase. However, the City is looking for vendors capable of providing for or integrating these applications into future projects.
