The City of Panama City Beach, Florida (City) seeks proposals for an ERP software solution encompassing municipal finance, human resources, payroll and utility billing systems. Additionally, the City requires professional services for configuration, installation, legacy data migration, and implementation of the new software. A project team should be skilled in assisting organizations in change management and business process improvement, as well as being able to provide comprehensive user training for a proposed system. Systems for licensing, permitting and code enforcement are not part of the initial phase. However, the City is looking for vendors capable of providing for or integrating these applications into future projects. The City is seeking qualified providers of ERP software solutions for municipalities whose product offering and project services meet or exceed current City requirements and whose complete product offering provides a robust solution set that will allow the City to continue to leverage its investment well into the future as the needs of the City grow and evolve.
