Specifications include, but are not limited to: University of Florida is undertaking a university wide initiative to build modern, intelligent, and unified business processes and systems that empower the UF community (such initiative, "Empowering UF"), a significant component of which will involve the replacement of the University's on premises enterprise resource planning (“ERP”) system with Workday's cloud-based ERP Solution. The University is issuing this RFR to solicit proposals from qualified Respondents with strong consulting and implementation capabilities and experience in deploying Workday's ERP Solution. The UF on-premises ERP applications that will be replaced with Workday's cloud ERP Solution include, but are not limited to: Human Capital Management, Financials, Grants Management, Payroll, and Reporting and Analytics. This RFR does not include the implementation of a student information system ("SIS"). UF reserves the right to extend the contract that results from this RFR to cover the SIS replacement project at a future date. UF previously issued an Invitation to Negotiate ITN21LD125, Financial Analysis and Consulting Services (the "ITN"), which included a list of potential projects including "Consulting on implementation of ERP systems, including budgeting, finance and/or human resources". To participate in this RFR, Respondents must have responded to the ITN, identified an interest in the ERP Project, and been selected for award.
