Specifications include, but are not limited to: suitable, proven and reliable ERP Software solution, either as an externally hosted or on-premise solution. The ERP Software and system architecture must be designed to allow for optimal scalability, flexibility and interoperability; and • Implementation Services, through experienced and qualified staff. The ERP Implementation Services team must guide Citizens through project preparation, the solution design, business process re-engineering, integration between software components, build and test of the ERP Solution, transition to production, and initial post-production support. The ERP Vendor may provide the Implementation Services itself or propose a preferred third party “partner” for consideration. [For convenience, the term “Implementation Vendor” shall hereafter refer to the entity providing the Implementation Services. The ERP Vendor may be its own Implementation Vendor.]; and • Ongoing Support Services, including Maintenance and Operations (M&O) services, for the proposed ERP Solution
