Specifications include, but are not limited to: The School District of Osceola County, Florida is interested in replacing its current ERP solution, TERMS Crosspoint. The District is requesting that interested ERP software vendors provide brief informational ERP awareness demonstrations. The purpose of these demonstrations is to provide District stakeholders with awareness of the functionality and capabilities of modern ERP software, such that the District can adequately determine their future ERP needs. ERP awareness demonstrations will be conducted during the weeks of May 6, 13, and 27, 2024. It is anticipated that the demonstrations will be conducted remotely via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, or a similar solution (presentation solution to be selected at vendor’s discretion) and will be no more than three (3) hours in length. Vendors are expected to provide a recording of their demonstration to SDOC afterwards for any District staff who are unable to attend.
