The work includes: - Demolition of existing cabinets, soffits, flooring and base. - Sawcut and pour back concrete floor for new electrical chase to Island. Electrical work by City’s electrical contractor. - Build knee wall for Island cabinet support. - Drywall and acoustic ceiling repairs. - Paint entire room including metal door frames. The City will select the color. - Roof seal for new HVAC hood vent. - New glue-down vinyl flooring and cove base - Include pricing for wood cabinetry/storage and solid surface countertops. As an alternative bid include pricing with stainless steel cabinetry/storage and solid surface countertops. - Coordinate with City contracted subcontractors (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire). Include permitting, supervision, insurance, site prep, final construction cleanup, and waste disposal.
