Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City seeks to transform existing core administrative Legacy applications and systems in order to realize excellence in IT operations and administrative efficiency. In order to free-up resources, the City is seeking to partner with an ERP SaaS cloud provider to replace its existing core applications including, but not necessarily limited to, Financial, Human Resources, Payroll and associated functions with an industry best-practice solution that is built to leverage Cloud Computing while minimizing the expense of traditional Data Center infrastructure in order to provide next generation IT capabilities to the City Departments and Divisions. The City envisions using a true ERP SaaS partner that offers an ERP architecture where a single version of the ERP software accommodates hundreds of internal End Users, where each End User is securely isolated and protected.
