The School Board of Sarasota County, FL (“Board”) on behalf of Sarasota County Schools (“District”) is requesting replies for an Intent to Negotiate (ITN) for Employee Benefits Broker & Consultant Services, including Benefit and Wellness Communication for the School Board of Sarasota County, FL. It is the intent of the District to identify highly qualified national brokers/consultants/advisors. We are seeing firms who have successful experience with school Districts and other public entities of our size, experience in the Florida Market, with the resources to perform all services and duties customarily and usually performed by an insurance broker/consultant in the placement of Employee Benefits Plans. They will also provide strategic consultation, budgetary analysis, actuarial and underwriting consultation and services, recommendations for effective benefit plan designs, new products, and services in the market, and assist in the implementation, administration, and communication of an effective health and work life benefits program.
