Inspections shall be completed using the most current approved Department of Business and Professional Regulation Elevator Inspection Report. All electrical/mechanical and related equipment shall be inspected to be in accordance with the most current State regulations, building codes, American National Standard Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and Americans with Disabilities Act. Additionally, comply with the state requirements as defined in section 399.125, Florida Statutes, regarding inspections post escalator/elevator incident. The successful quoter shall evaluate the type of elevator/escalator requiring service and perform the appropriate type of inspection/testing required in accordance with the above regulations and requirements.
