Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide a Comprehensive Economic Development Information System (EDIS) to update the underlying technology environment and provide for better integration with the Citys enterprise GIS applications and associated geographic data. This project goal of this RFP is to identify, procure, and replace the following systems: 1) Tidemark Advantage v.3.5.3 2) Code Enforcements CODA application written in .NET Framework with Oracle 10g database and Lien tracking system developed in-house 3) InspecTrack system from Selectron Technologies 4) Unique customized applications such as Concurrency Management and Business Tax Receipts (BTR) 5) Oracle 10g 6) Crystal Reports v. 8.5 and 7) IVR and IWR systems from Selectron Technologies
