This project consists of the construction of airside and landside civil site work, electrical, power, fiber, and utility improvements to support the Parcel 8 Airpark Development area on the Kissimmee Gateway Airport on Dyer Blvd. This project also includes a medium intensity taxiway lighting system, upgrading the system’s constant current regulator, vault work, cable and duct markers, junction bases, ground rods, and other electrical items necessary to meet FAA and FDOT standards. All work included is necessary to support the proposed aircraft hangar and client delivery center structures (constructed by others). This project includes but is not limited to all the supporting utilities required such as sanitary and storm sewer, potable water and fire service mains, hydrants, automatic security access gates, controllers, FAA security fencing, landscaping, irrigation, excavations, site lighting, marking, striping, signage, sidewalks, pavements, turfing, retaining walls, oil interceptors, and other civil site works.
