Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Fence Replacement: Taking down the old fence and putting up a new one, along with three gates. 2. Vegetation Clearance: Removing existing vegetation in certain areas, especially along north fence line. 3. Grading and Drainage Improvements: To manage water effectively on the site and enhance aesthetics. 4. Concrete Pad for Dumpster: Building a new concrete pad for the dumpster area. 5. Applying Millings: Spreading millings in certain areas to harden up surface. 6. Installing Landscape Timbers: Installing landscape timbers to delineate parking spaces. 7. Installing Bollards & Signage: Adding bollards in each parking space to prevent boats from damaging the fence, and adding signage to bollard and fence (if applicable) to specify stall number. 8. Landscaping: Laying new sod in select areas and planting a hedge around the fence perimeter to enhance the appearance.
