Electrical service to door to be done outside this scope and done by others. 4. Provide follow-up services if required by the City project manager. B. Materials: 1. TORMAX TX9300 Hurricane Impact Series Full Break Out, LH Single Sliding Door System with Motion/Safety Sensors (Size 83.25" x 95.75") 2. Electric lock for Sliding Door 3. Kynar Painted Finish from Standard color pallet - Bi-Single (2 Panel) Door (Custom Match) C. Schedule: 1. To be coordinated with City Project Manager. Work to be performed between the days/hours of Monday-Thursday 7AM and 6PM. Facility will be open and operational and care will need to be taken to secure the area for pedestrian safety and secure the area after hours as applicable. Pier is open 7 days a weeks 30 minutes prior to sunrise until 11PM. D. Equipment: 1. Contractor must provide all equipment necessary for the work. E. Deliverables of Performance 1. Applicable warranty for labor and materials 2. Maintenance Schedule and Service Manual 3. Applicable Training and implementation F. Location: Elevator Lobby Exterior Doors, 2nd floor, Pier Head Building- 800 2nd Ave. NE, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 G. Vendor must complete and deliver original copy of public construction bond upon award. H. Work must begin within 90 days of receipt of purchase order and must be completed within 180 days from date of contract execution or receipt of permit.
