The Duval County Public School’s (DCPS) Master Facility Plan includes new schools to be replaced on site, renovations/additions and modernization school. These projects will consist of new schools being constructed, full renovations of existing schools, additions to existing schools, safety and security improvements to schools, and deferred maintenance projects. The purpose of this solicitation is to award a pool of qualified vendors for Door Hardware and Keying Services as listed and described on the Price Proposal Sheet (Attachment C) and in the body of this Request for Proposal for the School Board of Duval County, Florida. DCPS intends to negotiate and establish standard rates for labor and materials for the items identified in the bid price sheet in Attachment C. DCPS will monitor equal distribution of the work based on the dollar volume of each project.
